Koko Isle is a beautiful condominium community located in Hawaii Kai, Honolulu, Hawaii. It is situated right in the middle of Kuapa Pond which is the largest, privately-owned waterway with direct ocean access in the United States.
Koko Isle was built in 1967 by Henry J. Kaiser on a man-made island, complete with its own bridge, and consists of 124 two-story townhouses with 2, 3 or 4 bedroom floor plans. Approximately 70% of the units are located directly on the water. Amenities on the island include a clubhouse and beautiful saltwater pool. Also, there is a meeting room, restrooms, exercise room and a sauna in the clubhouse area. This is also where you’ll find the Resident Manager’s office.
